Like her dresses, Winnie Chlomin Lee is graceful, elegant and sophisticated—qualities which serve her well as the co-founder and creative director of Winnie Couture Inc. A native of Hong Kong, she moved to America at age 15 and now lives in California's vibrant fashion hub, Beverly Hills. Born with a natural sense of style, the young artist knew she wanted a career in design and pursued her goal with passion, pouring her creative energies into all things art, from concept sketches to model sculptures.
After graduating from the University of Houston's School of Architecture, Winnie met and later married her husband, Chris, with whom she launched the Winnie Couture brand. As an avid perfectionist, she would often tear apart seams or radically remake her dresses at the last minute until they lived up to her uncompromising standards. Through such hard work, incredible talent, and tireless devotion to detail, Winnie helped her design firm gain international prestige.
